Apply a washer to the bottom and top sides for the threaded studs on the caster wheels and then insert it into the holes. Install the nut and then tighten using the supplied wrench with a socket and ratchet. When installing the casters, there are two locking versions so make sure they are positioned across from each other. Continue the same process for the other casters as well. These are 3” casters and the maximum weight capacity for this dolly is 330 lbs or 150 kg. This is designed to make the movement of tires or wheels much easier and efficient. It also helps maximize storage space in your workspace or garage allowing up to eight tires or five wheels to be stacked based on the average weight. Once done, here you can see what it looks like assemblies. As you can see it has a clean design with handles on four sides. It rolls effortlessly across a concrete floor and provides a safe spot for your wheels to be stored. In this example I’m using 19” wheels with fires, these are a set of four.
