➤Hor is a Black Metal band from Athens, Greece! ΗΟR was founded by Ophion and Throne in the city of Athens, the birthplace of intellectual freedom, in Greece during October of 2017. True fans of the 2nd genre of Black Metal, Ophion and Throne decided to express their “inner demons” by playing the music, as they would like to listen to it. No Black/Death, No Black/Thrash, No trends... Just Pure traditional Black Metal. From late August to October of 2018, the band recorded the debut album with the name “Exitium” on Dimon's Studios in Athens, under the guidance of the producer Dimon's Night. It was released in November of 2019 and subjects about human existence, life and death and standing against all organized religions. The “big idea” was humanity itself, all its passion and pain, all its contradiction. A year and a half later, in February of 2021, HOR released their second full-length album “No Birth nor End”. Lyrically subjects the study of death influenced by our Greek philosophers and the album released through Metal Throne Productions in CD & Immortal Ruins Recordings in LP/MC where HOR have shares of the label from late 2020. HOR fights through their music for free-thinking and free-will expression of people under no religious guidance and no “holy” limitations. HOR glorifies the man who is the god of himself and his life is a constant preparation of its death and presents their art, not just as an embodiment of evil, but an embodiment of the human element in evil. ➤Tracklist: 1.
