A new addition to your Eid menu. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #falak #FalakRice Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/406zMOz Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: / foodfusionpk Instagram: / foodfusionpk Twitter: / foodfusionpk Also follow @HealthyFoodFusion & @FoodFusionKids for healthy food & kids' special recipes. 00:00 Balochi Tikka Biryani 00:15 Prepare Balochi Tikka masala 00:41 Prepare Balochi tikka 01:43 Prepare Rice 02:35 Prepare Biryani Masala 03:42 Layering 04:26 Aray waah Serves 5-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Balochi Tikka Masala: -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 & ½ tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 & ½ tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste -Karahi masala 4 tbs -Falak Chaat masala 2 tsp -Falak Black pepper fine ground 1 tsp -Garam masala powder 1 & ½ tsp -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs Prepare Balochi Tikka: -Cooking oil ¾ Cup -Chicken mix boti 1 kg -Water 1 Cup -Falak Pink Salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 8-10 -Adrak (Ginger) chopped 3 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 3 tbs -Lemon juice 3 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs -Falak Extreme Rice 750g -Water as required -Hot water as required -Laung (Cloves) 5-6 -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2 -Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1 -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1 -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3 -Falak Pink Salt 1 tbs or to taste -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3 -Cooking oil 1-2 tbs -Cooking oil ¼ Cup -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp -Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2 -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup -Lemon juice 3 tbs -Falak Pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped handful -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped Directions: Prepare Balochi Tikka Masala: -In a bowl,add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,karahi masala,chaat masala,black pepper powder,garam masala powder,dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.Balochi tikka masala is ready! Prepare Balochi Tikka: -In a wok,add cooking oil,chicken,water,pink salt & mix well until it changes color,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on medium flame until light golden (14-15 minutes). -Add green chillies (slit) & mix well. -Add ginger,garlic,mix well & cook until ginger & garlic is golden (3-4 minutes). -Turn off the flame,add half quantity of balochi tikka masala,lemon juice,fresh coriander,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes. -In a bowl,add rice,water,wash thoroughly & soak for 30 minutes then strain soaked rice & set aside. -In hot water,add cloves,cinnamon sticks,star anise,black cardamom,green cardamom,pink salt, green chillies,cooking oil,mix well & bring it to boil. -Add soaked rice,mix well & boil until ¾th done then strain & set aside. -In a pot,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,black peppercorns,bay leaves & mix well. -Add onion & fry until light golden. -Add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste & mix well. -Add remaining balochi tikka masala (reserve 1 tbs for layering) & mix well. -Add yogurt & mix well. -Add lemon juice,pink salt,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes. -Add fresh coriander,mint leaves,mix well & take out half quantity of gravy & reserve for layering. -In remaining gravy,add balochi tikka pieces,fresh coriander,mint leaves,half quantity of boiled rice, reserved gravy,fresh coriander,mint leaves,remaining boiled rice,remaining balochi tikka & reserved balochi tikka masala,fresh coriander,cover & steam cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes. -Serve with yogurt raita!
