This creamy Butterscotch pudding is a delight to have. It's crafted to perfection and it's yum yum for every bite. Ingredients ———For caramel——— Sugar 1/4 cup Water 1 tsp Cashew 10 Almond 10 ———For caramel sauce———— Sugar 1/2 cup Water 1 tbs Butter 50 g Whipping cream or fresh cream 1/2 cup Vanilla essence 1 tsp Whipping cream 1 cup Bread 6 slice ( according to your pan size) Preparation steps 1. Add your desired amount of sugar in a saucepan and start to heat it on a medium flame. 2. As you heat the sugar, it tends to release its water and caramelizes. 3. The sugar will begin to turn into brown colour. Make sure you are stirring well, so that sugar caramelizes evenly. 4. The sugar will melt unevenly and may look lumpy. Just lower the heat and continue to stir. Don't focus on the lumps; stirring will eventually help them caramelize well. 5. Carefully observe the changing colour. The colour should be dark amber to know if the sugar has been perfectly caramelized. 6. Now add ten cashew and ten almond. mix well and quickly transfer it to a parchement paper and let it cool down 7. Now preapre caramel again. But this time when color changes add butter and mix well. once butter melts and mixes well add whipping cream. keep on sitting till you attain saucy texture. 8. Take bread slices as required, remove the bread crust. (Slices depends on the size of the pan. 9. Dip the bread in caramal sauce and allign them on the pan.\ 10. Pour caramel sauce on top of the bread as well. 11. Spread whipping cream on the top and shape them evenly. 12.
