A U.S. Air Force C-5M Super Galaxy arrives at, Subic Bay International Airport to deliver equipment in support of oil-spill response operations, on March 29, 2023. The Exercise Balikatan 23 Joint Mobility Coordination Center enabled timely delivery of equipment, to assist the Philippine Government in cleaning affected areas in Mindoro, Philippines. Balikatan is an annual exercise, between the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and U.S. military designed to strengthen bilateral interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
