This 1960s Cyclops tandem tricycle is coming back to life! Watch as I restore this beautiful vintage Australian made trike You might have had one as a child and this restoration video might bring back some good memories. We'll be using a variety of restoration techniques to bring this tricycle back to its former glory so hope you enjoy the whole process. Chrome effect powder coation : The seller recommends using an acrylic clear powder coat over the chrome. This will however make the chrome effect more dull so I decided to do without and see how it holds up. Knowing how my kids will tread this toy, I am not too worried about what it will look like a few months down the track. Special shoutout to Fred Hay for the new & used parts and the stickers.
