Dead Kennedys - Chemical Warfare - Guitar Cover Track 7 from the Dead Kennedys debut full length album Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables, initially released on September 2nd, 1980. A friend in high school turned me on to the Dead Kennedys, and I've loved everything about them ever since - from their high-energy, frenetic song structures; Jello Biafra's anti-class warfare & often comically violent socio-political lyricism; to East Bay Ray's interesting and obviously musically talented guitar work. I guess there's another guitarist - named "6025" - that also appears on at least one song on the album, but I'd only heard that later. Regardless, this song is a gas to play - watch the chord changes, they can sneak up on ya! Tuning is in standard A. I'm doing these cover videos purely for my own enjoyment - while I wait for the world to chill and the music biz to come back fully to begin the next phase of my upcoming planned project. Thought I'd share for anyone interested. I figure them out by ear, so any mistakes are solely my own. I think they're mostly right. Cheers.
