2024 Yuanhang H8 in-depth Walkaround Dayun Group’s Yuanhang Auto has unveiled its H8 all-electric six-seater SUV, marking the company's second major release following the Y6 all-electric sedan. The Yuanhang H8 is available in five different models, with prices ranging from 349,800 to 559,800 yuan (approximately 49,200 to 78,800 USD). Customers can choose between rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations. Notably, the H8 offers an impressive range of up to 950 km on a single charge, with the entry-level model starting at 49,200 USD. Every Yuanhang H8 model comes equipped with Level 2 advanced driving capabilities. This includes features like traffic jam assist, highway driving assist, lane change assist, lane center keeping, full-speed adaptive cruise control, rear cross-traffic alert, and automatic emergency braking. As a large SUV, the Yuanhang H8 boasts 5230 mm in length, 2015 mm in width, 1760 mm in height, and a 3126 mm wheelbase, configured in a 2+2+2 seating arrangement. The vehicle is offered with both single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive options. All models achieve a top speed of 210 km/h. The rear-wheel drive versions are powered by a 250 kW motor generating 400 Nm of torque. They come with two battery pack options—88.42 kWh and 100 kWh—offering CLTC cruising ranges of 610 km and 700 km, respectively. The rear-wheel drive H8 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds. Inside the H8, the design mirrors the Yuanhang Y6, featuring a front cockpit wrapped in leather. The interior includes a flat-bottomed double-spoke multifunctional leather steering wheel, a 12.3-inch floating full LCD instrument cluster, and a 17.38-inch vertical central control screen with a built-in AliOS smart cockpit system. Additionally, the Yuanhang H8 offers an array of high-end features such as an AR-HUD, a 27-speaker sound system, 256-color ambient lighting, a face recognition car entry system, voice recognition, and a digital rearview mirror.
