About Video : 72 हजार शिक्षकों की नौकरी जाएगी, कब होगी JTET की परीक्षा; देखिए वीडियो झारखंड में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश से पहले तो करीब 72000 शिक्षकों की नौकरी खतरे में आ गई और दूसरी ओर 2016 के बाद टेट परीक्षा का आयोजन नहीं होने से करीब 6 लाख बीएड-डीएलएड पास अभ्यर्थी शिक्षक बनने का अपना सपना टूटता हुआ देख रहे हैं. इन्हीं में वे सीटेट पास अभ्यर्थी भी हैं जो सिस्टम की नाकामियों की वजह से झारखंड का स्थानीय नागरिक होने के बावजूद सहायक आचार्य भर्ती परीक्षा में शामिल नहीं हो सके. सरकारी उदासीनता और नियमवली में विसंगतियों का आलम ऐसा है कि झारखंड में 26001 पद पर निकली सहायक आचार्य की भर्ती में केवल 10 हजार पद ही भरे जा सके. 16000 पद खाली रह गये. जिन सहायक आचार्यों की नियुक्ति की गई है, उनमें सैकड़ों वैसे हैं जो अगले कुछ महीनों में रिटायर होने की कगार पर खड़े हैं. झारखंड में पिछले 9 साल में 3 बार शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा की नियमावली बदल गई लेकिन परीक्षा ही नहीं हो सकी. लंबे इंतजार के बाद पिछले साल 2 बार विज्ञापन निकला और दोनों ही बार अलग-अलग विसंगतियों की वजह से इसे रद्द करना पड़ा. गौरतलब है कि अगस्त 2024 में जैक बोर्ड ने जेटेट परीक्षा की अधिसूचना जारी की थी लेकिन उसमें पाठ्यक्रम में विसंगति थी. नियमों के मुताबिक 2 तरह की जेटेट परीक्षा ली जाती है. पहला, पहली से 5वीं कक्षा के लिए जबकि दूसरा छठी से 8वीं कक्षा के लिए. पहली से 5वीं कक्षा के सिलेबस की विषय वस्तु इन्हीं कक्षाओं के समकक्ष होनी चाहिए जिसका डिफिकल्टी लेवल 10वीं क्लास का हो. वहीं छठी से 8वीं कक्षा में पाठ्यक्रम की विषयवस्तु इन्हीं कक्षाओं के समकक्ष होनी चाहिए जिसका डिफिकल्टी लेवल 12वीं क्लास तक होना चाहिए लेकिन ऐसा नहीं था.
