Pakistan: Deadly Blast In Peshawar Targets Police, Kills 9, Injures 4; Investigation Underway

A blast targeted a police vehicle route in Peshawar, Pakistan, killing at least nine people and injuring four law enforcement officials, according to authorities. Peshawar Capital City Police Officer Mian Saeed confirmed the device was planted along the police mobile’s path. The injured were taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Security forces cordoned off the area and launched an investigation.
