Water quality is a key factor for the health of coral reefs and the well-being of coastal communities. That’s why we present this webinar, "Water Quality in the Mesoamerican Reef System and Sanitation Initiatives in Honduras." Guest panelists from Coral Reef Alliance (CORAL) will present the most relevant findings from the regional water quality project, including pollution levels and sources. Additionally, they will share progress in implementing sanitation solutions in the region, including strengthening local capacities, promoting appropriate wastewater treatment infrastructure, and collaborating with key stakeholders from communities and government.
