Balance charging mod for the Jumper T16 PRO (and why I prefer this VS Jumper's USB charge board)

This is how I balance charge my Jumper T16 PRO 18650 batteries, without removing them from the transmitter. Not only that, I can choose the charging current and target voltage I want, monitor the 18650 cell health (internal resistance) and even drop the cells to storage voltage if necessary. Easily and safely. Can you do that with Jumper's USB charging board? No, you cannot. And you still have to solder its wires to the stock 3-pin connector if you have a v1 transmitter.
