I’ve dealt with a multitude of skin issues over the years from hormonal acne to cystic acne but when I decided to stop taking my birth control pills, my skin hit an all time low. After 6 months of frustration and no cure, I decided to visit a dermatologist and within a few months of treatment I was on the mend. Cut to many months later, my skin is looking better than ever and I wanted to share what worked for me! Also, I’ll be discussing the other symptoms I struggled with throughout post-birth control syndrome. Please don’t be like me and quit cold turkey.
