Hello everyone 😊, today I want to show you guys how to make Cantonese Rice Dumplings (Zongzi)廣東鹹肉糭 for Dragon Boat Festival 端午節. It is a traditional Chinese rice dish made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves. Then They are cooked by boiling. After cooking, the flavor from the pork marinade penetrate into each grain of rice. The meat becomes so tender that it almost melts in your mouth.
