Part 3, a tutorial on Spinoza's Ethics. Spinoza gives us a direction he wants to come to, "the knowledge of the union existing between the mind and the whole of nature." He means, that the knowledge is to know thyself first, than it's possible to know the laws that influence our nature and emotions. It's important to understand our emotions in order to understand Spinoza. What I want to convey is the idea that your mind must increase its power to think clearly. We are going beyond the ego-intellect, that believes it already knows. I had an advantage, I was a high school dropout. I was ignorant and didn't know anything, and my mind was very weak. I had and inferiority complex about my intellect, a low IQ. My teacher, the late Gregory Grover, suggested that I apply my mind to daily problems and in time, I discovered my mind and a new sense of self developed. I have more clarity and understanding of this work and how it can change our lives.
