Corrigendum/ Amendment Process By PE. Subtle Art, e-GP, Tender

According to Rule No. 95 of PPR 2008; (95/1) At any time prior to the deadline for the submission of Tenders, a Procuring Entity may, on its own initiative or in response to an inquiry by a Tenderer or as a result of a Pre-Tender meeting, modify the Tender Documents by issuing an addendum. (95/2) The addendum issued under Sub Rule (1) shall become an integral part of the Tender Document and shall have a date and an issue number and must be circulated by fax, mail or e-mail, to Tenderers who have purchased the Tender Documents within the time specified in Schedule II, to enable Tenderers to take appropriate action. (95/3) The Tenderers shall acknowledge receipt of an addendum within the time specified in Schedule II. (95/4) Tenderers who have purchased the Tender Documents but have not received any addenda issued under Sub-Rule (2) shall inform the Procuring Entity of the fact by fax, mail or email, within the period specified in Schedule II. (95/5) Procuring Entities which have advertised Tender Documents on their website under Rule 90 shall also advertise relevant addenda including the reference number and date on their website. (95/6) If an amendment is made when time remaining is less than one-third of the time allowed for the preparation of Tenders, a Procuring Entity shall extend the deadline for the submission of Tenders as specified in Schedule II, depending upon the nature of the Procurement requirement and the amendment. #e-GP #e-Tender #Subtle_Art
