In this video Republic of Ireland Women's and West Ham United soccer player Jessie Stapleton speaks about the importance of drinking water for health and performance in sport. This video was developed by The RCSI Obesity Research & Care Group. We worked with a number of community organisations to develop the Uisce Cliste Healthy Hydration for Dublin Project. Uisce is the Irish word for water and Cliste is the Irish word for Clever! The Uisce Cliste project was funded by Dublin City Council and aimed to increase access to free high-quality drinking water for children, adolescents and adults living in Dublin, Ireland.
