Mix together the flax meal, starter, and water. 2. Add in the salt. Mix. 3. Add in 1 cup at a time of rice flour up to 3 cups. Mix this with a wooden spoon. 4. Begin kneading the dough. As you knead add the last cup of flour a little at a time until the dough is only slightly sticky. 5. Place the dough in an oiled and floured dutch oven or casserole dish. Cover the dish and let sit on counter out of direct sunlight for 24 hours. 6. Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Place the covered dutch oven in the oven for 20 min. After 20 min, remove the lid, bake for another 40 minutes. When done, remove from oven, place on wire cooking rack for 2 hours. The slice and enjoy!
