TESTING SPRAY ON GRIP TAPE!

Today we are testing out the spray on scooter grip tape called Lucid Grip. This stuff can be really useful if you're looking to build a custom scooter and have your very own sticker-showing grip tape. A lot of people have seen the clear sheets of griptape before, but I think if you're looking for that clear grip look, this is most definitely the way to go. I think this stuff was around $10 on amazon, and you should be able to get 2-3 sheets of grip tape out of it. So if you think about it, that is actually cheaper than most sheets of grip tape today if you were to think of it long term. The only thing I didn't like about the stuff was that the "grippyness" of it seems as though it would wear our after a few hard sessions. Once it does start to wear you can't just swap grip tape, you'd have to re-spray it and I'm not sure how that would turn out beings that you aren't spraying on a clean surface anymore. But the stuff does work and I think it worked pretty well given the circumstances. Looking back, I would have liked to have sprayed the clear coat on and layed down the glass the night before and let it dry in a cooler place than in direct sunlight, but it did work with what I did. But I was able to get a few tricks on the grip tape like quad tailwhip, backflip, flair, bri flip and I also did a few grinds on the handrail at the skatepark. I had a lot of fun while riding the stuff and I also got a few skate park lines on my normal scooter for you guys. Anyways, I've attached a link below for the exact stuff that I got.
