With ConMed’s new GraftMax™ Button for ACL reconstructions, you can now have all of the benefits of an adjustable loop button with the strength and security of a fixed loop device. Designed for use with soft tissue, BTB and other closed loop grafts, data shows that the GraftMax Button provides equivalent graft fixation to a fixed loop device* - mitigating the graft displacement that’s been associated with other adjustable devices. Combined with our curved, flexible drilling system that helps provide precision placement of anatomic femoral tunnels, this button helps deliver maximum graft fill even in shorter tunnels. Unlike other systems that have a minimum loop length of 15mm, the GraftMax button is infinitely adjustable allowing you to get as much graft in the tunnel as you need. The button also delivers a simplified surgical technique. Compared to fixed loop devices, GraftMax buttons are easier to insert, eliminate the need for tedious calculations and allow the same implant to be used regardless of tunnel placement or depth.
