Stay healthy and enjoy every bite! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Carrot & Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting 🧡🎂 🥄 Ingredients: 130ml Sunflower Oil 3 Eggs 130ml Honey 4 Medjool Dates 180g Wholemeal Plain Flour 1 tbsp Cinnamon Pinch of Nutmeg 10g Flaxseeds 1 tbsp Baking Powder ½ tbsp Bicarbonate of Soda 130g Grated Carrots 130g Grated Pumpkin Frosting: 300g Cream Cheese 150g Mascarpone 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 📝 Method: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C. 2️⃣ Blend wet ingredients (oil, eggs, honey, dates). 3️⃣ Mix dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, flaxseeds, baking powder, bicarb). 4️⃣ Fold wet into dry, then add grated carrots & pumpkin. 5️⃣ Bake for 25 mins 6️⃣ Top with frosting and enjoy! 🎉✨ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Enjoy, smacznego & guten Appetit!
