For the longest time I used R+F exclusively and didn't really switch anything up. I started trying new products maybe a year or so ago. I went through a few months where I was trying too much and realized I really needed to stick to the same products for a while and not mix it up so much. Its difficult to see what's working and what is not when you try too many products and switch it up too much.
