This video follows the complete manufacturing process from dirty, worn highway tires to colorful rubber tiles designed for children’s play areas. There is no talking and no narration – just clean factory sounds, industrial ASMR, and a fully satisfying production line. You’ll see raw truck tires unloaded in the yard, fed into powerful cutting and shredding machines, and broken down into smaller strips and rubber chunks. Then, the rubber is granulated, cleaned, de-dusted and stored in silos before being mixed with pigments and binders. In the next stage, colored rubber granules are weighed into molds and pressed in huge hydraulic presses to form thick rubber mats. After cooling, the mats are cut into tiles, edges are trimmed and textured, and each tile is inspected on the production line. Finally, the playground tiles are stacked, wrapped on pallets, and loaded into trucks in the factory’s finished goods warehouse.
