Sup Chaos Crew! Today I'm playing Tech Shigaraki in My Hero Ultra Rumble because he got nerfed in the latest patch. His start up AOE damage has been nerfed, its down power increased and his beta got nerfed. These changes were definitely needed and I'm happy to see this character nerfed. Sadly there is still one thing making this character insanely broken: The Raid Boss build itself an d since it still remains untouched, this character will still continue to dominate. Hopefully in the future, the revenge T.U.N.I.N.G skills will get adjusted in some way to balance this character out.
