If we do this, we can properly value the unique strengths possessed by human beings who may think differently to us. The idealist personality can bring a greater sense of compassion, empathy, deep thinking and creative problem solving to the table when they use their gifts and this is crucial in order to balance out a world that seems to value profit over social responsibility.
