You finally landed your new assistant principal position. Congratulations! Taking that step can be really difficult for some aspiring administrators. However, it is now time for the real work to begin because stepping into this new role is one of the most difficult transitions you will ever make. Last week, Lute was able to sit down with William D. Parker and discuss his thoughts on transitioning into different leadership roles. There are going to be a lot of things you do not know how to do, and it will be frustrating. You have got to put your ego aside and be willing to ask questions.
