Bird lovers, Bloss and Neil have brought in a cockatiel casualty. Little Sydney has been squashed in the nest by all his all too loving family. Has he suffered permanent nerve damage or a broken leg? It looks like a lost cause until Dr Chris comes up with a radical treatment that involves a pencil, Pilates and some sticky tape. A game of chasey at home turns ugly for Hooligan the dog when he runs into his owner, Sarah. Hooligan’s horribly fractured leg needs major surgery at Sash but the tiny terrier has never spent a night away from his family and is not coping. Sash emergency vet, Dr Lisa Chimes is used to dealing with emergencies but when it’s her own puppy Lucas going under the knife, she turns into a neurotic mother. Lucas has a rare delicate condition and Andrew is under pressure to make sure he gets this surgery right!
