Riverside Camping in My Hijet Mini Truck – Fire Cooking, Epic Sunset & Gear Test | DIY Canopy | ASMR

Back to one of my all-time favourite spots — a quiet river bend that never lets me down. This time I brought the Hijet mini truck and overlanding rig for an epic solo overnight camp under the stars. With the new DIY canvas canopy on the back and my rooftop tent up top, I’ve really started to settle into this setup. I tested out two bits of new gear: the Flextail Tiny Shower Bag (small but mighty) and the TEMU mini grill, which absolutely delivered. Dinner was simple: spicy chicken on rice cooked over an open fire as the sun dropped behind the water — probably one of the best sunsets I’ve ever camped through. I finished the night with a movie, a quiet drink by the river, and a peaceful sleep in the rooftop tent with the perfect view to wake up to. This trip had all the right ingredients — fire, food, stillness, and a rig that’s slowly becoming the perfect solo camp setup. Thanks for coming along.
