Senator Hon. Aubyn Hill visits Waah Gwaan Café in Downtown Kingston

In celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2024, we continue to recognize and highlight MSMEs who are driving innovation and delivering unique products and services to Jamaicans. In August 2024, Senator the Hon. @Aubyn Hill visited Waah Gwaan Café as part of his MSME engagement initiative. During his visit, Minister Hill toured the café, supported the business as a patron, and engaged with the proprietors. He encouraged them to remain innovative in their product and service offerings, deliver outstanding customer service, and consistently strive for excellence. Waah Gwaan Café, located on Harbour Street in Downtown Kingston, is a promising MSME venture owned by Sherina Whyte, Sasha Kelly, and Kashief Coke. The café offers a variety of food, shakes, and smoothies infused with a distinctive Jamaican flair. The Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce, Jamaica's Business Ministry, along with its 20 agencies, remains committed to supporting MSMEs in starting, growing, and innovating their businesses.
