In this fantastic lecture, Dr. Jeffrey Greenfield describes the method used in his clinic to determine what "kind" of Chiari malformation each individual patient is presenting with, to ]maximize the likelihood of doing better following medical or surgical treatment. For example, a patient with Chiari and craniocervical instability or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome may need a different type of treatment than a patient with Chiari, alone.
