If the volume of the espresso shot is not right, the amount of coffee extracted may come out as under or over extracted, meaning the liquid will flow either too fast or too slowly. The shot volume and extraction time of the Bambino® Plus can be easily adjusted so that you are always crafting coffee at the correct volume and speed. Follow our 5-step guide and find out how to adjust the 1-cup setting. Directions: 1. Once you have grind and dosed coffee beans into your portafilter, press and hold the ‘1-cup’ and ‘2-cup’ buttons together for two seconds, the buttons will illuminate and begin to flash. 2. Insert the portafilter into the group head and press the ‘1-cup’ button to begin the extraction. 3. Press the ‘1-cup’ button again to stop the extraction, the modified volume will then be saved. If you would like to change the 2-cup volume, follow the same instructions but make sure you press the ‘2-cup’ button instead.
