Hello dear patients. Today we are going to review the case of growths of condylomas acuminatas during HPV 16 in cracks of foreskin during phimosis. What needs to be done in this case? First of all, we need to take analyses for human papillomavirus, which was done. We found a positive 16th type of HPV, no other types of HPV were found. then we took immunogram on an empty stomach, we prescribed a full-scale injection treatment together with tablets as well as external treatment. Secondary to this, condylomas were removed, however, from prognostic point of view, this man was recommended to do circumcision as these cracks developed during sex, without any additional loads and without the use of any additional devices that facilitate traumatization. So, this indicates that foreskin has quite a small volume and there's not enough of it during erection, it ruptures and condylomas acuminatas are a marker of such ruptures. In this case, sooner or later, scars will appear on this area anyway, particularly after removal. They can be small but they would still facilitate an additional decrease of foreskin volume, and it will narrow as a result and this may lead to paraphimosis.
