Necati Arabacı was born on February 14, 1972, in Turkey. Like many, he sought a better future, eventually finding his way to Germany. In Germany, Necati, or "Neco" as he became known, quickly found himself drawn into the criminal underworld. His sharp mind and fearless demeanor earned him respect among the local gangs. By the 1990s, Neco had become a prominent figure in the Hells Angels motorcycle gang, one of the most notorious and feared criminal organizations in the world. His power within the gang and his involvement in violent crimes earned him a fearsome reputation. With power came notoriety. Neco's name became synonymous with violence and crime. His operations spanned continents, and his network of connections made him a force to be reckoned with. But the law was never far behind. In 2007, after years of evading capture, Neco was finally arrested in Germany. Convicted for his role in a massive drug trafficking operation, he was sentenced to nine years in prison. During his detention in Germany, Arabaci reportedly plotted to kill the prosecutor and hired an Albanian contract killer. The police had bugged his visiting room, and the prosecutor was given bodyguards and police protection. At trial, a mistranslation of some of the transcripts was detected, and Arabaci was acquitted. After his release, he returned to the criminal world, this time in Turkey. In 2010, reports surfaced that Arabacı attended a gathering of international Hells Angels leaders in Izmir, Turkey. At the time, he had recently become the president of the "Hells Angels MC Nomads Turkey." By 2013, Arabacı was considered a potential new leader for the European Hells Angels following the arrest of the former leader, Frank Hanebuth, in Spain. In 2018, Turkish authorities arrested him on charges of leading a criminal organization. However, Neco is still a free man and was recently seen in the streets of Monaco driving a Rolls Royce. Neco has been involved in various criminal enterprises throughout his career in the underworld. His activities span a range of illicit businesses, reflecting the complex and multi-faceted nature of organized crime. Here are the key areas of his control and business interests: Drug Trafficking -Arabacı has been heavily involved in drug trafficking operations, primarily focusing on the distribution of heroin and cocaine. His network facilitated the movement of large quantities of drugs across borders, making him a significant player in the European drug market. Extortion - It's another area where Arabacı exerted significant control. He used intimidation and violence to extract money from businesses and individuals, ensuring a steady flow of illicit income. Human Trafficking and Prostitution - Arabacı's operations also included human trafficking and prostitution rings. He controlled various brothels and exploited vulnerable individuals for profit, often using coercion and violence to maintain control over his operations. Money Laundering - To legitimize his illicit earnings, Arabacı engaged in money laundering activities. He funneled dirty money through various businesses and financial channels to obscure its illegal origins and integrate it into the legitimate economy. Arms Trafficking - Though less prominent than his involvement in drug trafficking, Arabacı also dealt in the illegal arms trade. This activity supported his other criminal enterprises by providing the necessary firepower to enforce his will and protect his interests. Protection Rackets - Arabacı offered "protection" services to businesses, often in the form of a protection racket. Businesses were coerced into paying for protection against threats—threats that were often orchestrated by Arabacı's own associates. Organized Crime Syndicates - As a high-ranking member of the Hells Angels and later as a leader of his own criminal organization, Arabacı managed various facets of organized crime. Real Estate and Nightclubs - To diversify his portfolio and launder money, Arabacı invested in legitimate businesses such as real estate and nightclubs. These ventures provided a front for his illegal activities and a way to blend into the legitimate business world. Arabacı's control over these areas highlights his role as a versatile and powerful figure in the underworld. His ability to manage multiple criminal enterprises simultaneously underscores the extent of his influence and the challenges law enforcement are facing in bringing him to justice. #neco #gang #infamous #hellsangels
