In this one, I'm going to be recreating the "Meatball Hero" from Pantaleone's from Kitchen Nightmares. Long story short, Gordon Ramsay was given the "Meatball Hero" sandwich and wasn't a big fan of it. On the last episode, I recreated the sausage pizza from the same restaurant so this time I thought "why not recreate the meatball sandwich as well?". I had a lot of fun cooking and shooting for this video. Even though a meatball sandwich seems like something so simple, this was still a bit of a challenge because I've never made them before.
