UN's top court delivers ruling: Israel legally obligated to allow aid into Gaza

The UN's top court has ruled that Israel - as an occupying power in Gaza - is obliged to allow and facilitate the entry of aid into the strip. The International Court of Justice also found that Israel has not substantiated its allegations that a significant number of UNRWA employees are members of Hamas.
