Sometimes if you have a tight foreskin, and there is a forceful act of sexual intercourse or forceful retraction, then the skin might tear and cause bleeding. This bleeding depends on where the tear is. Sometimes there is lower down on the frenulum, then usually the bleeding can be quite large mouth as there is an artery at that point which is torn or can be open. Any case where there is constant tear of the frenulum or the prepuce has to be treated like any other bleeding. First and foremost is compression and if the compression doesn’t help and if the bleeding doesn’t stop, then they might need medical help and they might have to go to the hospital and sometimes they may have to seek medical help and they have to undergo emergency circumcision and that might be necessary inn case of an intractable bleeding from the frenulum.
