Weather sucked bad the last week and a half and I made the most of a very short weather window. Started off jigging the creeks at the end of incoming tide and the whole outgoing. I then waited for the tide to dump out to grab some crabs and get dinner fish part 2, reds and sheep combo. Back at the house we deep fried the catch into nuggets and served it with sweet and sour sauce. The batter consisted of - Equal parts flour and water 2 Tsp baking powder soy sauce + Worcestershire sauce salt + pepper 4 tablespoons vegetable oil I used basic kikkoman sweet and sour.
