Here I didn’t want to just repeat what’s been done before. I gave it original English lyrics, written like a real love letter: it speaks of the courage it takes to never give up, of the strength to keep fighting for the person you love no matter what stands in the way. It’s a tribute to that kind of resilience, but with a fresh essence all its own, filled with details poured straight from the heart so it feels alive and unique. Está inspirada en esa energía imparable que trajo “Daddy DJ” de David Le Roy y Jean-Christophe Belval a principios de los 2000, esa obra que marcó a tantos y que ha vivido en miles de versiones a lo largo del tiempo. Aquí no quise repetir lo de siempre. Le puse una letra original en inglés, escrita como una carta de amor verdadera: habla del coraje que se necesita para no rendirse nunca, del valor de luchar por la persona que amas aunque todo parezca en contra. Es un tributo a esa fuerza, pero con una esencia fresca y propia, llena de detalles hechos con el corazón para que se sienta viva y diferente.
