Anago has been reformed to allow it to be CP. that means it's no longer a 6 hour cook yielding 7 bars. now it's a cold process yielding 12+ bars. There's a cure time of 4 weeks but it was a necessary move as supply was not meeting demand. This will allow me to make much more at a time so there's some on hand most of the time.
