different peer groups will differ in their level of self expression and how much they accept others individuality, but one thing is common in most peer groups, they cant accept differences especially which triggers insecurity in them. when a human being is fully authentic and lets their own uniqueness shine it all comes from within, something they have explored within themselves and not out of external influences and that is something which is never taught to us. we are forced to perform for things which we dont even like, we are forced to become someone else so that we become more acceptable in the society and thats what reflects in smaller units in which our society exists.
