💜Zero Separation. Together for better care! 💜 . . During the last few months, we have seen many parents struggling with the very restricted access to the neonatal units due to COVID-19. This separation of parents and babies has been decided on no current evidence and the long-term consequences are enormous. The lack of skin-to-skin care, breastfeeding and the exclusion of the parents in their babies’ care, affects newborns and their parents alike. . . With this campaign, we want to raise awareness for the needs of babies born too soon, too small and too sick and their families. .
