If some people don’t know the answer to that, this quick little introduction might help. Ice and fire is a mod that first came out in 2017 for version 1.10.2. It consisted of a bunch of cool mobs, items and structures all connected to a certain mythical theme. The mod has fantasy mobs in general like dragons, amphitheres, sea serpents, sand worms, cockatrices, ghosts, undead, Myrmex, stymphalian bird, hippogriffs and pixies but also ones connected to Greek mythology like cyclops, Medusa, hippocampus, hydras, sirens and so on. So basically it’s a mix of lord of the rings, game of thrones, the odyssey or epic and Percy Jackson portrayed into Minecraft. With all this time gone past, it seemed like it that ice and fire needed its revival in order to stand out with the rest when it came to quality and quantity, whether it was with an update to the original mod or a complete rebirth.
