This video was taken of Mr Geoff Robertson delivering a citizen talk at the IEEE Symposium on Technology and Society (ISTAS) held at the University of Wollongong 7-10 June 2010. Mr Robertson is an associate member of the IEEE SSIT and has a background in public service. His presentation concluded that citizens across jurisdictions need more information, guidance, assistance from civil libertarians, human rights and privacy advocates, from their State and Federal Governments to understand the risks and implications of human microchipping to protect their families and communities.
