NORTHGATE MARKET; More than just a Mexican grocery store!

Costa Mesa's Mercado González, the newest store from Mexican grocery chain Northgate Market, is part cool food hall, part traditional Mexican mercado, part bar, part cultural center, and oh yeah, part grocery store. After two visits I decided you need to know about this place! The weekend is crazy busy, (see the footage) and the mid week is more manageable, but doesn't feature live entertainment. You decide after watching, when you will visit, because you know you must! Freshly made tortillas, churros, chicharron, and other baked goods. So many food options, as well as a butcher department, huge seafood selection, fresh (hard to find) produce, floral department, and so much more! Top it all off with live entertainment on the weekends and you have the perfect Mercado experience.
