Henry is a Korean-American who runs this small gelato place called "Glacier Park" (address below) in Seoul Forest Park, Seoul. This documentary is about Henry's gelato, business, and life philosophy that we all can learn a lot from! If you are in Seoul, make sure you give him a visit and try out the exciting flavor of the week! This documentary was the final project of my undergraduate degree at Sogang University! I grew up watching a lot of food documentaries and finally got the chance to make one of my own!
