I also work for proprietary trading firm. I'm not very good at managing my emotions so i focuses on coming out with methods to automate the trading process. I trade purely forex and trading with a prop firm gives me leverage; to gain 10% on $50 million takes the same amount of work as making the 10% on a $50k account. As such trading with a proprietary trading firm allows me to accumulate more profits which I could then add to my personal trading capital. My trading methodology is quite simple; I use daily charts to find horizontal support and resistance areas and I look to buy above support and to sell below resistance.
