A general overview of the Main Eco Compact boiler and why we think it's a great choice for Landlords on a budget. The Eco Compact boiler comes with a 5-year warranty. This boiler is designed to fit into a kitchen cupboard giving it maximum flexibility when deciding where to site the boiler. This boiler is the 25kW which will give 10.2 l/min of hot water. The next size up is the 30kW and this will give 12.2l/min of hot water. The Main Eco Compact is based on the Baxi 600 and 800 boiler range (7 and 10-year warranties respectively). Main is a sister company of Baxi so this means it's not a cheap copy but a boiler full of quality. In this installation, we coupled it with the MagnaClean Pro 2 filter, Calmag Limescale Inhibitor, EPH Combi Pack 4 wireless room stat (open-therm compatible with the Eco Compact boiler) and we used Adey's MC1+ and MC3+ chemicals for cleaning and protecting the heating system.
