Add 1 tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking. In a pan, heat butter and fry the onions and garlic. Then, add the boneless chicken and mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes. Next, add the chicken broth, cream, milk, salt, and black pepper. Cook it and then add the boiled pasta and chopped parsley. Finally, top with cheddar cheese and serve. Sindhi Yakhni Pulao Ingredients: Beef pieces: 2 kg Tomatoes (sliced): 4 Garlic: 2 tablespoons Ginger: 2 tablespoons Green chilies: 8-10 Salt: 1 tablespoon Fennel water: 3 cups Onions (sliced): 2 large Other Ingredients: Tomatoes (cut into 4 pieces): 8 Apricots (dried): 1 cup Tamarind: ½ cup Whole green chilies: 2 tablespoons Oil: 1½ cups Garlic: 2 tablespoons Ginger: 2 tablespoons Star anise 6-8 Pulao Spices: Crushed red chili: 2 tablespoons Crushed coriander: 3 tablespoons Garam masala powder: 2 tablespoons Crushed cumin: 3 tablespoons Fried onions: 3 cups Lemon slices: 4 Chopped coriander: ½ bunch Chopped mint: ½ bunch Sela rice: 1 kg Recipe: 1. In a cooking pot, add the beef pieces and 3 liters of water. Boil until the meat is tender. Then, separate the broth and the meat, setting them aside. 2. In a pan, add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, dried apricots, tamarind, garam masala, star anise, and beef broth. Cook for 5 minutes until it starts to boil. 3. Add green chilies and the beef with rice and 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook for 6-8 minutes. 4. Add the pulao spices and mix well.
