His inspiration came after his son Yossi became blind and deaf at just 11 months old. Determined to help Yossi and others like him, Rabbi Samuels created Shalva to empower individuals with disabilities and promote inclusion in society. Through his unwavering dedication and commitment to social justice, he has transformed countless lives around the world.
