State of the art in Wilson disease research with Dr. Zoe Marino SPANISH VERSION/VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL

Dr. Zoe Marino, MD, PhD, is a senior specialist in Hepatology at the Liver Unit, Hospital Clinic, Barcelona, Spain and an associated professor at Universitat de Barcelona. For the last decade she has been clinically involved in the management of genetic liver diseases at her institution, with special interest in Wilson disease. She is the current lead of the Spanish Wilson Registry, including more than 450 patients, and has participated as the principal investigator in clinical trials. Since August 2024, she has joined Dr. Michael Schilsky's team at the Yale University Hospital in New Haven, CT as an international Visiting Scholar, where she plans to enrich her career and knowledge on the disease and aims to consolidate the large collaborative WD research network. La Dra. Zoe Marino, MD, PhD, es especialista senior en Hepatología en la Unidad del Hígado del Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, ​​España, y profesora asociada de la Universitat de Barcelona.
